Senior Care Centre

Our senior care centre offers services like Dementia Day Care, Maintenance Day Care and Community Rehabilitation within the all-in-one facility. The centre has a relaxing and spacious ambience for seniors to enjoy their time and freedom in the day while family members are at work.


Maintenance Day Care

This service in the day provides our seniors with opportunities to socialize with members of different age groups in the facility and to make new friends.  Through opportunities in communication and companionship, our seniors’ general and social well-being can be optimized. The service also includes activities and exercises with the objective to keep seniors engaged and physically active where possible. The seniors never go hungry as the service provides morning snacks, main lunch and afternoon-tea meals.

 Who is this service recommended for?

  • Seniors who require communication and a sense of belonging to socialize with other seniors
  • Seniors who require encouragement to participate in activities or exercises
  • Seniors who require lunch and snacks during the day
  • Seniors who require some reminders in their daily needs
  • Seniors who are alone at home


Dementia Day Care

This service provides care for persons with mild to moderate dementia and helps to manage their condition during the day. It encompasses the same features as Maintenance Day Care with additional dementia care and person-centered activities so clients

We have a Dementia Programme designed to improve or maintain the mental and physical wellbeing of persons affected by dementia. Some of these activities will involve outdoor activities as well depending on the condition of the client:

  • Inter-generational sessions
  • Memory rehabilitation and activities that promote reminiscing
  • Mind-stimulating games and memory games
  • Physical activities to encourage movement and coordination
  • Art and coloring therapy
  • Music appreciation and therapy
  • Support for caregivers of seniors with dementia

  • Persons diagnosed with dementia
  • Persons who require provision of meals during the day and reminders to have their meals
  • Caregivers who requires a respite taking care of persons with dementia


Transport Service

Due to high demand, shared transport is based on availability of vehicles and transport timings are subjected to change.
