Information & Referral Services

As a first-stop community-based centre, we provide advice or information on handling of simple family-related issues.

Anyone can simply make a call to our centre, or walk in during our centre opening hours, or email to the centre to obtain information such as parenting resource, advice on basic care for elderly parent, and so on.

When we are unable to serve the requestor’s needs in our area of expertise, we will link the requestor to appropriate community resources and other service providers.
