- Casework – Engagement & Assessment
- Casework – Case review and documentations
- Casework – Goal setting & intervention plans
- Group work
- Perform community development and outreach work
- Professional Development & Education
- Programme Development & Implementation
- Uplift professional practice in social work
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Social Work or Graduate Diploma in Social Work or other relevant Allied Health discipline preferably accredited with Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).
- Min 3-5 years of experience in social service sector.
- Knowledge of current social, economic, and governmental conditions and issues.
- Knowledge of human behaviour and able to work effectively with individuals and groups.
- Familiar with at least one theoretical framework of social work intervention.
- Good written, listening and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish effective working relationship with staff, other agencies and the community.
- Ability to work well under pressure, maintains composure, multi-task, establish priorities, meet deadlines and follow through on assignments.
